As a Customer Receptionist, you are a key person in the relationship between the workshop, spare parts, and our customers. You have a supervisory role and lead and distribute work for our technicians while collaborating with the spare parts staff to ensure good availability for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should be engaged, responsible, and service-oriented, as your main tasks involve customer contact via counter, email, and phone for booking workshop jobs, follow-up during the work process, feedback upon completion of work, and invoicing.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high sense of service and easily collaborates with both customers and colleagues
• Thrives in an environment with varied tasks
• Is structured and orderly
• Has at least a B driver's license
• Has vehicle technical education or good vehicle technical knowledge

If you also have experience from the workshop or transport industry, that is a plus!
